You will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports, as well as managing all accounting activities related to real estate development projects, including project costs, revenues, expenses, and profitability.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage all accounting activities related to real estate development projects, including project costs, revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Monitor project budgets, track actual expenditures, and analyze budget variances to ensure effective cost control.
- Oversee real estate revenue recognition, customer installment collections, receivables, and payment schedules.
- Manage general ledger activities, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures.
- Monitor cash flow, financial forecasts, and funding requirements across multiple real estate projects.
- Develop and implement effective internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
- Prepare financial analyses and performance reports to support senior management in strategic decision-making.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Project Management departments to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 12–15 years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong background in the Real Estate Development sector.
- Must hold a CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification.
- Proven experience in a Chief Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, or similar senior accounting position.
- Strong knowledge of real estate accounting, project costing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
- Extensive experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control.
- Solid understanding of Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS), taxation, and financial regulations.
- Strong experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reports.
- Proficiency in ERP accounting systems and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing accounting teams.
