You will have deep telecom and mobile network experience, strong architectural capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple vendors and technologies. Your responsibilities will include guiding the technology roadmap, influencing the ecosystem, leading large functional organizations, and creating compelling value propositions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Vision:
- Set and evolve the long-term technology strategy across mobile networks, connectivity, cloud, and digital infrastructure.
- Lead the development of architectures and solutions spanning RAN, Core, Services, Telco Cloud, and 5G.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to shape innovation roadmaps.

Solution Delivery & Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of telecom products and services, ensuring solutions meet scalability and compatibility requirements.
- Establish best practices and architectural standards across engineering and delivery teams.

Leadership, People & Culture:
- Lead large functional organizations focused on building high-performing teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders and clients, demonstrating strong communication skills.

Industry & Ecosystem Influence:
- Leverage extensive industry networks to enhance the company's market position.
- Build cross-industry collaborations to accelerate value creation for customers.
Profile Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Mobile Communications and Connectivity.
- Strong background in delivering telecom products/services.
- Deep knowledge of RAN, Mobile Core (4G/5G), and multi-vendor ecosystems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Experience driving digital transformation in mobile network environments.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (additional language skills may be advantageous).
