As Chief Business Officer for the MEA-N Cluster, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement with a strong focus on profitability. Your key responsibilities will include aligning shared services resources to meet profit targets, acting as a proxy for the Regional GM, and owning revenue delivery across all customer segments, including software, cloud, and SSRS. Exceeding Annual Operating Income and Customer Satisfaction targets will be at the core of your role. You will also build scalable go-to-market assets and tools for deal road mapping and business planning, deploy an enablement acceleration model, particularly in high-growth markets, and drive the adoption of shared processes such as budgeting, expense management, and margin monitoring. Leveraging market signals, you will help shape solution strategies and translate insights into actionable plans that deliver real value to customers and promote business growth.

What You'll Bring
- Over 15 years of experience in enterprise software and cloud industries, with a decade in sales leadership roles in enterprise applications and cloud software
- Experience leading diverse operational and functional organizations for at least three to five years
- Direct P&L management experience
- Proven track record of building, leading, and retaining high-performing teams
- Confident as an executive sponsor on targeted sales opportunities
- Strong skills in business strategy and knowledge management
- Required: Bachelor's degree; Preferred: Master's or MBA
