Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
- Technology Management: Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, software applications, and networks to ensure optimal performance. Develop, document, and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure all IT systems adhere to regulatory standards and are protected against cybersecurity threats by collaborating closely with the compliance and cybersecurity departments.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
- Innovation: Identify and implement new technologies that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other executives to align IT systems with the company's goals.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the FinTech industry.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of software development, system architecture, and emerging technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Strong ability to align technological advancements with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and decision-making at a strategic level.
