What You'll Do, Key Responsibilities
Strategy to Execution
- Translate strategic initiatives into structured plans, including scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, resourcing, and risk identification.
- Break down plans into tasks and key performance indicators (KPIs), assign ownership, and maintain a rhythm that keeps initiatives advancing.
- Take direct ownership of high-priority initiatives from inception to completion.
PMO & Governance
- Oversee the PMO framework across commercial and program initiatives, tracking progress, creating dashboards, managing escalations, and providing a comprehensive view of all ongoing initiatives.
- Prepare analysis and materials to support decisions, including business cases, options papers, and presentations for board and leadership meetings.
Stakeholder Management & Representation
- Facilitate collaboration across different functions, engaging with a range of stakeholders from front-line sales teams to founders and external partners.
- Represent the VP Commercial & Programs' office in relevant forums as needed, and provide briefings to the VP on essential updates.
What You Bring, Skills & Experience
- Over 12 years of total experience, with at least four to five years at a top-tier strategy consultancy, functioning at Manager level or higher.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic work, including market analysis, business case development, operating-model creation, or growth strategy formulation.
- Proven expertise in project and program management, particularly in overseeing a PMO or managing multi-workstream programs.
- Effective in advancing initiatives through teams that do not directly report to you.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clarify ambiguity into concise one-page plans.
- Proficient analytical and modeling abilities; familiarity with project management tools and comfort with AI.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE or KSA.
Your Qualifications
- 12+ years of total experience, including 4-5 years at a reputable strategy consultancy (Manager level or above).
- Experience in a scale-up or operating business following consultancy work is an advantage.
- Background in chief-of-staff, strategy-office, or transformation-office roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market entry process, local ecosystem, or government-linked programs is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
