Position

A Chief of Staff will be a key strategic partner to the CNS General Manager and Leadership Team. This role involves overseeing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing operational efficiency, and facilitating communication between departments to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives. The Chief of Staff will drive operational effectiveness through process improvements and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the GM and senior leadership to drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead high-priority initiatives and special projects, providing oversight to ensure timely execution and successful delivery.
  • Improve communication across departments to ensure seamless collaboration and facilitate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Track and analyze organizational performance metrics to identify areas for operational improvement and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Enhance relationships with key technology vendors and partners to drive innovation and new business opportunities, supporting CNS's market growth.
  • Work with internal teams to maintain and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Support and manage the adoption of new systems, technologies, and processes within the organization to streamline operations and drive transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation of business performance reports to ensure business units align with the company's long-term goals and financial targets.
  • Work closely with leadership to effectively communicate and implement group-wide initiatives across CNS’s business units.
  • Prepare agendas and materials for leadership meetings, ensuring effective follow-up and execution on strategic priorities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor in Business Administration, Management, IT or a related field
  • Desired: Master’s in Business Administration, Management, IT or a related field

Experience

  • Proven experience of 5+ years in a senior management role, working with executive-level stakeholders and demonstrating a successful track record in strategic planning and project management.
  • Proactive and dynamic individual with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives to drive business initiatives forward.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills with a capacity to interpret financial and operational data.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to drive change.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality, committed to maintaining ethical standards.
  • Good knowledge of Business and Operating models with a background in P&L.
