Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff, you’ll work closely with our Field CTO and Enterprise Deployment leads, managing their teams’ workflow while understanding both the business opportunities and the individual skills of their people. You’ll bring organization to this fast-growing team, constantly improving efficiencies and gaining a holistic overview of the Enterprise Deployment team, with leaders able to rely on you and trust your advice.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the strengths of the Enterprise Deployment team members and thoughtfully assign them to projects based on geography, priorities, capacity, and skills.
• Use your expertise to track performance of team members, engaging with their leads and colleagues to gain a comprehensive understanding of performance.
• Coordinate recruitment and hiring with the internal Talent team, focusing on key roles and locations and appropriately sharing interviewing responsibilities among the Enterprise Deployment team.
• Own the onboarding process, ensuring that each new team member is prepared from Day 1 and has all necessary resources to ramp up quickly.
• Prepare for team meetings by coordinating with meeting leads, creating slides when necessary, and ensuring that meeting time is productive for all attendees.
• Track the Enterprise Deployment OKRs and provide regular updates on progress, identifying issues or gaps in coverage early.
• Plan team co-locations to strengthen partnerships and foster collaboration across a globally dispersed team.
• Act as the liaison between the deployment team and other organizational parts to ensure aligned coordination.

Location
This role is remote and can be executed globally, with a preference for London, England.
