Chief Product Expert - FDE Unit

As a Chief Product Expert in our Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) unit, you will be defining the long-term technical vision for how AI interacts with ERP. You'll have the autonomy to make architectural decisions, focusing on creating innovative AI-based solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with various LLM architecture design using RAG, MCP, and hybrid models
• Collaborate with the company external customers, specifically in Retail and Manufacturing, to drive workshops and outline AI use-cases
• Leverage AI to solve pressing business challenges and develop PRD’s to clearly communicate requirements to the Engineering teams
• Conduct hands-on market research to validate requirements and ensure we're building solutions that address real customer needs

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management expertise with a proven track record of shipping solutions
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building generative AI models and shipping at scale
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience successfully partnering with Data Science teams
• Fluent professional proficiency in English and Arabic (both written & spoken) is a must
