Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of all applications.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with market needs for both current and future functionalities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, business development, and legal teams to guarantee seamless integration with utility, transportation, financial, and social services.
- Feature Development & Integration: Identify and prioritize enhancements and new features, along with integration opportunities with external services.
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize user feedback and data insights to drive product improvements.
- Regulatory Compliance & Security: Maintain compliance with financial regulations and security protocols for sensitive information transactions.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align product development with business goals, driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Oxinus’ mission to enhance the welfare of social beneficiaries.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of mobile app development, including front-end and back-end integrations. Experience with payment gateways and APIs, especially in financial services.
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in financial services, mobile wallets, and digital transactions, with proven experience in digital transformation initiatives.
- Product Management Experience: 12+ years in product management, particularly within mobile apps or financial services, demonstrating a strong track record of innovation.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills to convert customer feedback into product enhancements.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts effectively.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Proven capability to lead and mentor product teams in dynamic environments, managing competing priorities.
