As our new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be the visionary and execution lead for a full-scale digital revolution. Your primary objectives will be to streamline internal operations, reduce manual workloads, and harness emerging technologies to offer faster, better, and more cost-effective services to our customers. By integrating data, AI, sensors, drones, cameras, and other IoT devices into our service portfolio, you will help us reimagine modern security and develop new revenue-generating products that capitalize on technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Transformation & Automation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to automate manual processes, reducing operational overhead and staffing costs.
- Oversee the expansion of our current Oracle ERP (Finance and HR) to integrate advanced modules for operations, supply chain, and beyond.
- Implement robotic process automation (RPA) and other workflow tools to minimize human error, shorten turnaround times, and streamline administrative tasks.
- Ensure all automation initiatives focus on delivering a faster, more seamless customer experience, reducing friction and boosting satisfaction.
- AI & Data-Driven Strategy
- Formulate and execute a bold AI strategy that leverages machine learning, predictive analytics, and advanced data modeling to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and risk management.
- Identify use cases for AI that have immediate business impact—e.g., predictive staffing, automated surveillance analysis, and real-time threat detection.
- Establish strong data governance frameworks, ensuring secure, high-quality data pipelines to power customer-facing insights and internal optimization.
- Innovative Security Solutions & Product Development
- Reinvent the company's service offerings by integrating sensors, camera analytics, drones, and other IoT devices, transforming traditional guard services into fully digitized security solutions.
- Spearhead the development of new digital products (e.g., remote monitoring platforms, predictive threat detection software) that enhance customer experience and generate additional revenue streams.
- Build strategic partnerships with tech vendors, industry experts, and R&D teams to co-develop cutting-edge security innovations, positioning the company as a leader in technology-driven protection.
- Scalable, Agile Technology Leadership
- Cultivate a high-performance technology organization by recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top engineering, data science, and AI talent.
- Embed an agile mindset across teams, implementing iterative development cycles, continuous integration, and DevOps best practices.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between technical and operational units to rapidly prototype, test, and refine new solutions for optimal customer outcomes.
- Cost Optimization & Operational Efficiency
- Drive operational cost savings through intelligent application of technology, optimizing resource allocation and back-office staffing needs.
- Measure and communicate the return on investment (ROI) for all technology initiatives, linking cost reductions to improvements in speed, reliability, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Governance, Security & Compliance
- Oversee the integrity and reliability of the company's IT infrastructure, data, and networks, maintaining robust cybersecurity measures.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations, positioning the company as a trusted, tech-forward partner for our clients.
- Executive & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to align technology initiatives with broader corporate objectives.
- Serve as an internal and external technology evangelist, championing AI-enhanced security and demonstrating how digitization results in faster, better, and cheaper customer solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and project statuses in clear, concise, and business-oriented language.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven Leadership: 10+ years in senior technology roles, preferably including CTO or VP-level positions with a strong track record in AI-driven automation.
- Digital Transformation Expertise: Demonstrable success in implementing large-scale automation and ERP (Oracle preferred), reducing manual processes, and enhancing customer experience.
- Product Development: Experience conceptualizing and launching tech-enabled products, ideally in a security-focused or similarly regulated context.
- AI & Data Analytics: Deep knowledge of AI/ML ecosystems, data science methodologies, analytics platforms, and modern data architecture.
- Business Acumen: Capable of linking technology investments to financial ROI, headcount reduction, and improved customer-facing metrics.
- Security & Compliance: Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols, data protection laws, and relevant industry compliance frameworks.
- Agile Champion: Skilled in agile and DevOps principles, with a history of building cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
