The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the Middle East & Turkey region is accountable for leading the regional technology strategy and overseeing the end-to-end presales and solutioning function for the company portfolios. This role serves as the primary technology advisor to customers and internal teams, ensuring that all technology solutions are innovative, competitive, and aligned with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy & Innovation: Define and execute the technology vision for the MET region in alignment with the global CTO strategy.
- Presales: Lead the presales and solution architecture function, owning solution development for significant bids and digital transformation programs.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted technology advisor to CIO/CTO-level stakeholders and support key accounts with solution roadmaps and technology advisory.
- Technical Governance & Delivery Assurance: Provide architecture governance and technical oversight for large regional programs, establishing technology standards and best practices.
- People & Capability Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team of architects and presales specialists, building strong technical capabilities across various domains.
Required Experience:
- 15+ years in senior technology leadership roles (CTO / Chief Architect / Technical Director).
- Deep expertise in Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and modern engineering practices.
- Strong experience in running presales and solution architecture functions.
- Proven engagement with senior stakeholders across Public Sector, BFSI, Energy, and Telecom.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at the C-level.
