Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a forward-thinking technology strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Innovation: Identify new opportunities for innovation in blockchain and crypto technologies.
- Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to influence product vision from design to deployment, ensuring exceptional user experience.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing tech team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure technology supports business objectives.
- Budgeting: Oversee technology budget and resource allocation.
- Security: Implement robust security protocols to protect user assets and data.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in technology leadership roles, with at least 2 years in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Bitcoin, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi) applications.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage diverse engineering teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically while executing at high and operational levels.
