Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy & Architecture: Define and execute the enterprise technology strategy aligned with business and product priorities, establishing scalable, secure, and modern architecture leveraging microservices, APIs, and cloud-native platforms.
- AI, Data & Enterprise Innovation: Drive AI implementation across IT systems, platforms, and processes. Build robust technology architecture to support enterprise-wide AI adoption, establishing scalable data platforms for AI/ML, analytics, and real-time decision-making.
- Engineering & Digital Platforms: Oversee development and evolution of digital platforms (mobile, web, lending, payments). Implement Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices to improve delivery speed, quality, and reliability.
- Core Systems & Cloud Transformation: Lead modernization of legacy systems using modular, API-led approaches and drive hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructure adoption.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Establish enterprise cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and international standards.
- Ecosystem & Open Banking: Build API platforms for fintech partnerships and embedded finance capabilities, supporting banking as a service models.
- Leadership & Governance: Lead high-performing technology, engineering, and data teams. Manage budgets, vendor ecosystems, and technology investments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a CTO or senior technology leadership role.
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud, AI/ML, and digital platforms.
- Experience in banking or financial services transformation.
- Strong business and strategic acumen.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles.
