What You’ll Do
- Client Account Management
- Review customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engage with the customer to validate the understanding of their needs.
- Advise customers to enrich relationships by mobilizing additional funds and selling other fee-based products/services based on current and future customer needs.
- Review product penetration for the assigned client base, identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
- Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling, and financial planning.
- Organize customer events to enhance customer bonding.
- Acquire new customers by converting referral leads.
- Compliance, Risk & Controls
- Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.
- Fulfill clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience as expected behavior from all employees, measured by specific metrics.
- Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding the company, its clients, and assets. This involves driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
What We’ll Need from You
- Ideally 7 years+ of experience within this space
- Previous relevant experience preferred
- Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally; ability to prioritize
- Mandatory certifications as required for selling financial products
