Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections on civil, structural, and architectural works
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and method statements
- Review and process Works Inspection Requests (WIR), Inspection Reports (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) documentation
- Inspect materials and verify compliance with approved submittals
- Witness required site and laboratory tests
- Identify non-conformities and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions
- Monitor workmanship and overall construction quality
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on quality matters
- Maintain inspection records, test reports, and quality documentation
- Participate in snagging, de-snagging, final inspection, and handover activities
- Prepare quality reports and highlight critical quality issues to project management
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in quality control within the construction industry
- Familiarity with construction standards and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Contract and Travel Details
