Civil Engineer

About the Role
This role involves overseeing daily civil and infrastructure works on-site to ensure they adhere to approved drawings and specifications. The successful candidate will play a critical part in coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with quality and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and infrastructure works on site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, surveyors, suppliers, and other site teams.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, and equipment; report delays and site constraints.
• Prepare site reports, inspection requests, and quantity records.
• Coordinate inspections with the consultant and follow up on comments and corrective actions.
• Ensure site activities comply with quality and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant site experience; UAE experience is preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate site works independently.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
