Responsibilities
- Conduct payment investigations for bank transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and returned payments.
- Collaborate with payment providers or banking partners to resolve inquiries.
- Work as an individual contributor while being comfortable with both rotating and night shifts.
- Utilize strong communication and investigation skills to address and troubleshoot payment-related issues.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in payment investigations.
- Experience in handling payment providers or banking partnerships.
- Familiarity with fintech, cryptocurrency, payment service providers (PSPs), e-wallets, or banking operations is preferred.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts/nights.
- Strong communication and investigation skills.
