Clearing Specialist

About the Role
You will be part of a leading global blockchain ecosystem, ensuring efficient payment investigations and operations. As a pivotal contributor, you will work independently, addressing various challenges related to bank transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and returned payments within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct payment investigations for bank transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and returned payments.
• Manage and collaborate with payment providers or banking partners.
• Work independently as an individual contributor.
• Adapt to rotating or night shifts as required.
• Utilize strong communication and investigation skills to resolve issues.
• Preferably leverage experience in fintech, crypto, PSP, e-wallet, or banking operations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in payment investigations.
• Experience working with payment providers or banking partners.
• Ability to operate comfortably as an individual contributor.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts/night shifts.
• Strong communication and investigative skills.
• Preferred experience in fintech, crypto, PSP, e-wallet, or banking operations.
