Position

As a member of the Societal Impact Programs Team, you will enable governments, foundations, and enterprises worldwide to fulfill their societal impact objectives. This role combines project management and partnership/client management responsibilities. You will be responsible for developing, managing, tracking, and ensuring the success of our Societal Impact Programs. One key area of focus will be ensuring that career outcomes are achieved and reported across our government programs. The position requires knowledge of the tech job market and relevant skills in various countries and regions. Your performance will be measured through your management of partnerships and coordination with various internal teams, ensuring partner success, excellent student outcomes, and broader societal impact.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a project/program manager for large-scale projects involving government, semi-government, and corporate entities, primarily in the Middle East with a focus on UAE and KSA.
  • Manage senior client relationships and partner teams independently.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of Societal Impact and Enterprise programs.
  • Measure and report on program impact outcomes against KPIs.
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction focused on loyalty and driving renewals.
  • Coach customers to become self-sufficient product experts.
  • Identify common customer challenges and propose better solutions.
  • Problem-solve to achieve desired program outcomes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strong program results.
  • Act as the main contact point for partners and the student experience team to resolve concerns.
  • Support career-building efforts and establish relationships with government entities, NGOs, tech firms, and universities for training initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, partnerships, and client management, preferably in consulting, education/training, or technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with government and semi-governmental entities in UAE and KSA.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written, is required.
