Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional sales and advisory service to customers, utilizing personal experience to foster sales and achieve Devialet's ambitions.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to customers following in-house training.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients and team members.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Manage store operations, including opening/closing duties and inventory management.
- Ensure accurate customer information is maintained in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with product setup and occasional installations.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to tell engaging stories.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and tech-savviness.
- A genuine passion for audio products and the luxury industry.
