Client Advisor - Devialet, Luxury Tech

About the Job: Chalhoub Group has partnered with luxury tech brand Devialet, which is dedicated to elevating sound quality through innovative acoustics and design. As a Client Advisor, you will work with the GCC’s leading retailer in luxury audio products, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent sales and advisory services, utilizing personal experience and expertise to meet Devialet's objectives.
• Provide in-depth knowledge about products after comprehensive in-house training.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and team members.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
• Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure accurate monitoring and updating of customer information using CRM tools.
• Oversee stock management, deliveries, and shipments to clients globally.
• Maintain quality reporting to the Head Office.
• Assist customers with product setup and installations.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Background in luxury retail with a passion for the audio industry.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales role, particularly in luxury settings.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong storytelling abilities.
