Responsibilities
- Lead the sales and delivery of high impact projects in GCC while resolving complex strategic problems and meeting business targets for clients.
- Proactively manage Client engagements in key markets to foster growth in value-added services.
- Lead the planning and delivery of solutions and service offerings into the market, collaborating with practice leads to align with regional client needs.
- Identify additional client project opportunities and lead the preparation of proposals for new client work.
- Develop strategies for the consulting business in the GCC region aligned with the VCA CEMEA and GCC VCA Digital and Strategy, Risk and Portfolio Leads.
- Drive deployment and roll-out of key strategic topics and capabilities.
- Support GCC Consulting & Analytics leadership on project and practice economics, including forecasts, burn rates, utilization, and quality management of project deliverables.
- Synthesize and manage complex project structures, including objectives, scope, budget, and delivery.
- Develop intellectual property (IP) and share knowledge with consulting and data science teams globally to enhance local client services with best practices.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 6+ years with a PhD.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in a financial services consulting role (a combination of consulting and banking experience is highly desirable).
- Proven experience in business development and project delivery within a consulting framework.
- Experience driving large-scale change management initiatives in either a consulting or practitioner capacity.
- A combination of local, regional, and global experience in financial services is strongly desired.
- Ability to develop strategies and activities that enhance program effectiveness based on performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Relationship management skills, with capability to engage internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
- Strong group facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work on client sites for extended periods across GCC.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills, particularly Arabic, are highly preferred.
Work Arrangement
The company requires at least 3 days of in-office work; specific expectations for these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
