Position

Building on unmatched expertise, Dell Technologies is the industry leader in enabling the acceleration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) by deploying large-scale AI infrastructure. As a Client Executive, you will join our global AI Select team, directly attached to Dell Technologies’ Chief Revenue Officer and become the trusted advisor to executive Decision Makers at CXO level within your account. You will translate customers’ business needs into opportunities best supported through the Dell Technologies family of businesses. The Client Executive will be responsible for orchestrating the short and long-term strategic approach for the customer and collaboratively manage all necessary resources to achieve customer and DT objectives.

As a Client Executive – AI Select, you will have global responsibility for driving the business and executive relationship with one of Dell Technologies’ top 10 customers worldwide. You will:

  • Have overall Account Growth, Profitability, and customer NPS responsibility across Dell Technologies.
  • Develop, execute, and communicate a strategic plan to all constituents; translate organizational and functional strategy into goals.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor to customer executives and establish strategic-partner status within your account.
  • Identify the appropriate coverage model and resourcing levels for your account.
  • Attract and retain talent specifically aligned to your account.
  • Lead activities of all aligned resources to ensure compliance with tactical and strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling technology solutions to high-profile companies in Saudi, resulting in annual revenue generation of $50M or more.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, partnership, and influencing capabilities, including consultative strategic selling experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills that allow you to interact with confidence and credibility at all levels.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, complex, fast-moving, and constantly changing sales environment within an extremely competitive market.
  • Practical understanding of AI, Compute, Networking, Security, Data storage, and private cloud, as well as the solution’s value when mapped to an account’s business needs.
  • Ability to clearly demonstrate executive presence and engage in business-level discussions with C-Suite executives.
  • Ability to quickly articulate the value of Dell Technologies across all components of the portfolio to senior management.

Desirable Requirements

  • Master’s degree (MS/MBA) or higher.
