Key Responsibilities
- Draft key project documents for clients, such as white papers, proposed approaches, quantitative financial analyses, and general presentations related to new subjects or opportunities to foster sales and support account management.
- Conduct research on designated markets or industries to identify new growth areas and trends, which will be used internally to pinpoint opportunities for expansion.
- Perform and refine data analyses in support of proposal development and presentations for client-facing interactions.
- Address escalated issues and concerns promptly and effectively, helping to manage client expectations and mitigate relationship risks; involve senior colleagues for major concerns to ensure compliance.
- Provide technical and transactional support for complex or high-priority client relationships as necessary to enhance satisfaction and ensure mutual understanding within and outside the organization.
- Cultivate strong professional relationships with counterparts at client organizations to enhance the partnership and service delivery.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to expand the professional network, maintain awareness of market trends, and represent the organization effectively.
