We are seeking a Client Experience Associate to join our dynamic Client Experience team, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients. This position is fully remote, but please note that we are unable to consider candidates currently based in the UAE.
The role involves working from Saturday to Wednesday, 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm UAE time, and is designed for someone passionate about ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships.

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients across email, live chat, and WhatsApp.
- Responding to client queries promptly and accurately, ensuring a consistently high standard of service across all channels.
- Managing and prioritizing a queue of incoming conversations, escalating complex or sensitive cases where needed.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support retention and satisfaction.
- Keeping accurate records of client interactions and flagging recurring issues or trends to the wider team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Client Experience, Customer Success, Account/Relationship Management, or a similar field.
- Previous experience in a startup or technology company, with a focus on providing exceptional customer support.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory, both written and spoken.
- Experience in investing or real estate, and comfort working with numbers, is a strong advantage.
