Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Roadshows: Lead Visa University roadshows across MENA, showcasing tailored training offerings and strengthening client relationships.
  • Solution Development: Respond to client training requests with customized learning programs, expanding bespoke training solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop, nurture, and manage a robust pipeline of training opportunities, ensuring sales and delivery targets are consistently met across MENA markets.
  • Market Growth & Revenue Enablement: Partner with regional leaders and business development teams to identify opportunities, generate leads, and support commercial success.
  • Program Delivery Oversight: Oversee the smooth execution of training programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Visa University practices and global teams to enhance offerings and share market feedback to shape future curricula.
  • Innovation & Offering Enhancement: Continuously identify, promote, and co-create new training offerings relevant to emerging trends in payments, digital, and AI.

Work Conditions
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • Skills and Experience

    • 7-10 years of overall work experience preferably in client-facing roles, consulting, or corporate training.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, project management, and multi-project coordination skills.
    • Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills.
    • Proven experience in managing training initiatives or professional learning programs.
    • Results-driven, flexible, and both internally and externally customer-focused.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with inter-disciplinary groups.
    • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to translate client needs into impactful training experiences.
  • Educational Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, or related field.
    • Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
