As Client Partner, Advertising, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for our restaurant partners by leading advertising sales and account management. You will partner closely with our partners to understand their overall objectives, propose strategies that support these priorities, and act as a trusted advisor to demonstrate how we maximize the impact of the partner’s spend on our platform.

You’ll be joining the EMEA Merchant Ads & Promos team, dedicated to helping our partners navigate the toolkit to maximize their visibility and sales. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify opportunities: Proactively identify ways to increase partner advertising effectiveness or spend through a deep understanding of clients’ marketing objectives and challenges.
  • Develop and pitch: Create strategies that align our solutions with the clients’ needs and lead pitches to partners on our proposed approach.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate the launch, management, and reporting of campaigns while keeping all partners informed and expectations aligned.
  • Performance Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance proactively, identifying opportunities to evolve the strategy to improve results against agreed objectives.
  • Collaboration: Share best practices with broader account management teams to scale impact and synthesize ongoing client feedback to shape advertising priorities.

To thrive in this role, our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and have the curiosity to grow in others:

  • 5-10 years in an advertising sales role.
  • Familiarity with the advertising ecosystem in the UAE, across both brand and performance marketing.
  • Effective relationship-building and communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to use data to tell a story and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Comfortable handling negotiations with senior executives.
