Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement plans to take advantage of all sales opportunities and manage all aspects of client relations.
  • Responsible for the entire sales process including lead qualification, pre-sales activities such as demos, and contract completion.
  • Create and negotiate complex quotes, RFIs/RFPs, and contracts as well as be in charge of the preparation, implementation, and closure of sales negotiations at the decision-making level.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention while identifying up-selling potential.
  • Develop new opportunities through networking.
  • Manage the sales cycle, perform lead qualification, arrange and provide presentations, quote, and close the sales cycle.
  • Deal with implementation and onsite/offshore development staff to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Report account activity, opportunity status, and other details.
  • Be capable of dealing with calls at an executive level, developing solutions that help our clients, and mobilizing internal assets to deliver on time and above expectations.
  • Be comfortable giving software demonstrations and speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management roles in the Tech industry.
  • Experience managing accounts and products in the Consulting and Tech industries.
  • A flexible team player who thrives in a stimulating, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent relationship building, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the technology industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • MBA or a degree in Computer Science or any related fields is preferred.

This job must be filled in Riyadh onsite.
