As a Client Program Senior Specialist, you will support the execution of the company client upskilling programs to ensure successful delivery, operational excellence, and an outstanding client experience. You will work closely with client-facing teams and clients, playing a vital operational role to maximize learner engagement and program success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and align with clients on schedules, logistics, and milestones.
- Manage learner onboarding, inquiries, and tracking participation.
- Facilitate collaboration with internal teams (e.g., learning designers) and external vendors.
- Prepare and deliver live sessions for client learners.
- Monitor program metrics and use data to improve client and learner outcomes.
- Handle administrative and contractual program components.
- Stay updated on new platform features to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- Apply technical expertise to solve operational challenges and suggest improvements.
- Manage complex projects with significant strategic impact, leveraging GenAI and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in relevant business areas.
- Relevant educational qualifications such as a graduation degree.
- Experience or exposure to digital learning and Edtech preferred; consulting experience is a plus.
- Strong interest in talent and upskilling; demonstrated project management expertise.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English and Arabic.
- Proficient in data analytics, with skills in tools like Tableau preferred.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Word.
- Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple senior stakeholders.
