Job Location: Business Solutions
Role Purpose: Build and manage the Client Services team within Business Solutions organization to create and implement the Neom Corporate Services Target Operating Model (CSTOM).
Key Accountabilities:
- Build, manage, and motivate a diverse team of experts for service delivery excellence.
- Business Relationship Management between Clients and the Corporate Functions.
- Establishing and ensuring Service Agreements / Pricing / Service Catalogues / SLAs.
- Identification of service requirements for existing and new clients.
- Enabling the operationalization of Subsidiaries through support of corporate functions.
- Solution Design and customization of Corporate Services operating model.
Background, Skills & Qualifications:
- Effective leader and influencer.
- Strong client management and stakeholder management skills.
- Solution skills and team management experience.
- Project Management and Financial Analysis Skills.
- Bachelors degree (minimum) with additional professional qualifications desirable.
