To support our growth, we are seeking a Client Solutions Consultant to join our MENA team. This role involves collaborating with prospective clients to identify opportunities and challenges, develop an in-depth understanding of our solutions, and determine how to effectively leverage them for their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver product demonstrations showcasing how Napier can significantly enhance organizational performance, including preparation and follow-up.
- Understand client challenges and develop tailored solutions to capture new business.
- Conduct onsite engagements to comprehend customer processes, requirements, and facilitate discussions on architecture and solutions.
- Proactively scope functional and technical requirements to address customer needs, evaluating both met and unmet needs, and recommending solutions that add value for both the customer and Napier.
- Stay updated on the Napier product offerings and provide feedback to the product development team for potential enhancements.
- Utilize knowledge of competitive solutions to support the sales team in proposing optimal client solutions.
- Ensure alignment between sales, product, and professional services teams to meet client and sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of business goals and market perceptions, especially in relation to the Client Solutions team.
- Proactive information seeker, utilizing both internal and external sources to guide strategic approaches.
- Attention to detail with comprehensive knowledge of organizational offerings.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry or a software company is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Broad understanding of SaaS, hosting, web technologies, and API/file-based integration approaches is beneficial.
- Fluency in Arabic is a requirement.
