Client Solutions Intern - Branding (GBS) - 2027 Start

The Client Solutions team at the company is dedicated to building scalable, long-term partnerships by delivering best-in-class campaign services. This team, composed of digital marketing experts, shapes clients' growth strategies including upsells, renewals, and reactivations. As a Client Solutions Intern, you will assist in managing day-to-day client relationships, providing data-driven scalable solutions, and supporting the execution of advertising solutions for the company's key clients.

Work Conditions: On-site Internship

Responsibilities:

• Support post-sale client relationships, managing day-to-day campaign management and communication.
• Collaborate on pre-sale research and pitch preparation with a focus on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy.
• Optimize client ad strategies using the company's solutions.
• Analyze campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign plans, schedules, and inventory availability.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently finishing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic SQL and proficiency in Excel.
• English must be used as a working language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong interest in digital advertising and social media.
• Familiarity with the company's platform is a plus.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
• Understanding of digital media KPIs such as CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
