The Client Solutions team mission is to establish and build scalable, healthy, long-term client relationships by solving direct clients' and agencies' challenges through scalable, best-in-class campaign services. Client Solution Team Leads have a holistic understanding of the company's ad products and are humble, dynamic, and open to change. You will join a team of consultants and marketing and self-service platform experts who proactively drive the client’s growth strategy, including upsells, renewals, and campaign reactivations.
Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite, which combines technical and commercial knowledge.

Responsibilities
Client Solutions Team Lead will be hyper-focused on the key vertical, working with cross-functional teams to build out best practices, playbooks, and vertical analyses for their clients and internal teams. They are the decision-makers for their Client Solutions Team on process updates and product priorities.
CST Lead partners with stakeholders from ad operations, product development, engineering, and creative teams to resolve complex client issues, drive the foundations and adoption of mobile app-focused ad products, and incorporate marketplace feedback into product improvement strategies. Using influence and relationship-building skills, they provide the company's-caliber client service, research, and market analysis. They anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of the company's key clients, and translate that into solution-driven offerings to grow the business. Leading from the front, they are a working mentor to the team, enabling the team to become a first-class unit.
- Vision: Vertical strategy & planning - work with Sales lead on defining focus for unit
- Ownership: Deployment & execution of strategy through Customer Success Managers (CSMs); own the business
- Product: Own operational rigor to drive foundational setups (signals, creative) and priority product adoption, reporting & execution for vertical
- Learning: Measurement & learning agenda plan for vertical
- Leadership: Lead from the front, coach, and mentor the team
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital performance marketing; mobile app industry experience is a big plus
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
- Experience managing small to mid-size teams
