Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients' primary challenges and establish trust as a technical expert for their migration, deployment, and adoption of Hybrid Cloud and AI Growth offerings.
  • Lead use case exploration and business framing workshops, developing client value realization models.
  • Engage in persuasive technical conversations to motivate clients to act based on their needs and the value of IBM's solutions.
  • Create post-deployment customer success plans aimed at enhancing user adoption of IBM's products.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

  • Master's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Proven track record as a technical expert in successfully closed technology sales cycles.
  • Hands-on experience in technology domains such as Cloud, Data and AI, Automation, Integration, or Security.
  • Proficiency in Agile practices to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills and relationship building capabilities at all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivation and a problem-solving mindset, with an ability to navigate data and personnel to find solutions.
