Client Success Specialist IV

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for overseeing an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on enhancing customer adoption and experience. This role involves facilitating contract renewals, increasing customer satisfaction, ensuring service level attainment, and driving incremental revenue growth. As the Customer Success Manager, you will oversee the customer experience throughout its lifecycle and be accountable for the operational success of clients using the company's solutions and services.

Key responsibilities include developing long-term partnerships with clients to help them realize the full value of their investment, ensuring they renew contracts with the company, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by serving as a liaison between clients and the company's internal operations. Additionally, you will identify product expansion and up-sell opportunities, provide input into CSM methodology, and mentor newer Customer Success Managers.

In this role, you will identify opportunities for ongoing improvement in business operating procedures, leading to enhanced organizational effectiveness and optimized use of the company's products. You will develop and manage priorities and actions to ensure progress on identified opportunities while cultivating strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes and revenue growth within your assigned account portfolio.
