Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact supporting our highest value customers and institutions on the company’s various products.
  • Provide dedicated and prompt support to our institutional and VIP customers via different communication channels.
  • Offer guidance and support to VIP customers on integrating and using the company’s system including the API.
  • Act as the first line of support for all account and system-related issues.
  • Represent VIP customers to internal teams including account management, finance, risk, and product development.
  • Collect customer feedback and manage projects to implement product change requirements.
  • Provide customers with system and product updates to ensure they are aware of all major changes in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client/trading desk support role within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms and exchanges, including trading orders and execution processes.
  • Experience in a client manager role, supporting client growth and business development.
  • Familiarity with crypto derivative trading products is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with API trading is preferred.
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency concepts, like blockchain transactions, is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of derivatives and other trading products, such as futures, is beneficial.
