Client Training Coordinator

About This Role

• Client Training Coordination: Book and manage client training events, ensuring prerequisites are met, course availability is confirmed, and client expectations are clearly communicated to the Training Services team.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, monitor training events through to completion, and provide ongoing support.
• Client Retention and Account Management: Manage client and company retention, optimize revenue, and surpass client expectations through account follow-up.
• Recurring Training & Upselling: Schedule and follow up on recurring training events and promote ancillary training courses that add value to the client experience.
• Sales Support: Assist the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with pricing agreements, document contract validity, and update pricing on relevant portals.
• Payment Collection: Clearly communicate payment terms, assist with client check-ins, and support the collection of payments, including cash-on-delivery.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Proactively ensure fulfillment of company sales strategies and targets, with a strong focus on exceeding goals weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Prospecting: Identify and pursue new client opportunities as required.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain proactive, positive relationships with clients through direct personal interactions.
• Account Follow-Up: Surpass client expectations through follow-up and effective communication. Organize visas, tickets, and hotel accommodation for clients as specified in the contract. Ensure accurate client data is updated in internal systems.
