Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth clinical interviews and psychological assessments to evaluate clients presenting with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and various developmental or behavioral challenges.
- Design and implement tailored psychotherapy interventions for individuals and groups dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues.
- Administer and interpret a wide range of psychological testing instruments to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Provide specialized clinical psychology services, including trauma-informed care and stress management strategies, to promote holistic mental health recovery.
- Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records while adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards in psychological assessment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in clinical psychology practice.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing cases involving ASD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and developmental or behavioral disorders.
- Proficiency in trauma and stress management techniques, with a strong background in psychological assessment and testing methodologies.
- Advanced skills in conducting clinical interviews and delivering evidence-based psychotherapy.
- Solid understanding of core principles in clinical psychology and the ability to apply them effectively in a professional setting.
