Position

Aligned to a territory and working together with Sales and Account Cloud Engineers (ACEs), the Cloud Adoption Manager will primarily focus on the post-booking side of our customer’s lifecycle, ensuring successful and sustainable cloud consumption growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with relevant TCE teams to agree on specific activities and deliverables for each account.
  • Drive a fast and smooth Customer activation, focusing on minimizing time to first value and accelerating consumption growth.
  • Equip customers with relevant knowledge for early usage.
  • Manage the customer’s Adoption Plan, continuously monitoring and reviewing progress to facilitate value realization.
  • Provide long-term customer assistance by proactively monitoring the customer environment, assessing risk, and building a mitigation plan.
  • Energize customers' interest by sharing information and facilitating connections with relevant Oracle activities.
  • Assure progress by engaging relevant teams to resolve service requests and escalations.
  • Advocate for customers regarding product features and requirements and identify resolutions for structural issues affecting cloud use.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Tech Cloud engineering roles with a successful track record in customer engagements.
  • Passionate about technology with solid breadth and depth knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience or certification with Oracle, AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
  • Experienced in the sales lifecycle with OCI architect experience/certifications.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies and IT market literacy.
  • Focus on customer centricity, communication, project management, and results.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with strong planning and delegation skills.
  • Awareness of the customer lifecycle and ability to position Oracle as a business partner.
  • Excellent networking abilities and collaboration skills with virtual teams.
  • High work ethic, proactivity, and the ability to drive creative customer engagements.
