Position

Aligned to a territory and working together with Sales and Account Cloud Engineers (ACEs), the Cloud Adoption Manager will primarily focus on the post-booking side of our customer’s lifecycle, ensuring successful and sustainable cloud consumption growth. Responsibilities
The Cloud Adoption Manager will:

  • Collaborate closely with relevant TCE teams to agree on specific activities and deliverables for the accounts they manage.
  • Drive fast and smooth customer activation, focusing on new cloud customers and minimizing time to first value.
  • Equip customers with relevant knowledge for early usage.
  • Monitor and review Adoption Plans with the customer to ensure progress aligns with their expectations.
  • Provide pro-active customer assistance by assessing risks, building mitigation plans, and detecting potential new workloads or implementation opportunities.
  • Motivate customer engagement by sharing information and connecting them with relevant Oracle activities.
  • Remove barriers by ensuring prompt resolution of SRs and escalations.
  • Act as a customer advocate for product features and requirements.

Requirements
To fulfill the role of a Cloud Adoption Manager, we are looking for individuals with:

  • Proven experience in Tech Cloud engineering roles and successful customer engagements.
  • Passion for technology with extensive knowledge and experience (or certification) in Oracle, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong experience in the sales lifecycle with OCI architect experience/certifications.
  • High energy and strong communication skills, with a strong customer-centric focus.
  • Project management and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating proactivity and lateral thinking.
  • Understanding of the customer's existing IT landscape and the ability to partner effectively across all departments.
  • Excellent multitasking, networking, and collaboration skills, with a high work ethic.
