Requirements:

- Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
- 0-2 years of working experience with a passion for the role

Responsibilities:
A Cloud Adoption Manager would typically:
- Monitor and review the Adoption Plan with customers to ensure progress
- Supervise and predict consumption fluctuations, implementing corrective actions
- Manage consumption forecasts
- Assess churn risk and develop mitigation plans
- Drive Go Live Assurance for critical milestones
- Provide ongoing customer assistance on production environments through monitoring and optimization advisory.
