As a Cloud Adoption Manager (CAM), you will work directly with our customers, helping them unlock the potential of Oracle Cloud and realize maximum value from their solutions. You will be part of a diverse international team and gain hands-on experience in the digital transformation journey of our clients.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree (or higher) in a relevant field
• Relevant experience in Project Management, Business, or Information Technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Project skills
• Customer-facing work experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and data processing abilities
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
• 0-2 years of working experience with a passion for the role

Responsibilities:
A Cloud Adoption Manager would typically:

• Monitor and review the Adoption Plan with customers to ensure progress
• Supervise and predict consumption fluctuations, implementing corrective actions
• Manage consumption forecasts
• Assess churn risk and develop mitigation plans
• Drive Go Live Assurance for critical milestones
• Provide ongoing customer assistance on production environments through monitoring and optimization advisory.
