About The Role: As a Cloud and Integration Manager, you will be responsible for elevating cloud systems and integration strategies to meet the dynamic demands of the growing business. Your role will involve ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of Azure cloud systems. You will combine cloud expertise with SRE practices, infrastructure management, and system integrations to align with RX’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Playing a crucial role in disaster recovery and ensuring business continuity through regular testing and documentation.
• Acting as the first line of defense during incidents, swiftly troubleshooting and resolving issues while continuously improving processes.
• Spearheading innovation and shaping infrastructure strategy to significantly impact cloud and integration solutions.

About You: You should have:

• A degree and at least 10 years of experience managing and supporting complex Azure cloud and SaaS infrastructure.
• Sound knowledge of all cloud services in Azure.
• Mandatory certifications include Azure Cloud Architect and ITILv4.
• A high degree of exposure in a DevOps and Microservices environment.
• A solid understanding of cloud computing technologies and cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
