The company Consulting team is looking for a Cloud Architect with strong experience in OpenShift, OpenStack, and Ansible to join us in our Dubai Office, UAE. In this role, you will serve as a subject-matter expert in the company’s infrastructure and cloud technology, addressing best practices for automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover setups. You will lead on-site delivery and implementation of the company’s technology, ensuring it delivers freedom, flexibility, and outstanding performance. Understanding our customers' infrastructures and business issues will allow you to make appropriate recommendations.

What You Will Do:
- Win customer confidence through the successful delivery of discovery, analysis, and design workshops to influence architecture design decisions aligning with the company solutions.
- Lead consulting teams through successful customer pilot and production deployments, workload onboarding, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate closely with product business units, consulting, support, and sales to ensure a world-class customer experience with the company’s products.
- Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools to scale the company’s service capabilities and lower delivery risk.
What You Will Bring:
- Prior experience in consulting and architecture roles.
- Good customer-facing skills, with the ability to present and lead customer interactions.
- Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies at both hands-on and architecture levels.
- Experience in implementing virtualization and container technologies in an enterprise setting.
- Knowledge of the company’s infrastructure solutions, including the company OpenShift, the company OpenStack Services on OpenShift, the company Ansible Automation Platform, and the company Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Willingness to travel across the region.
- Experience onboarding applications and application teams onto cloud or container platforms, introducing DevOps, continuous delivery (CD), and application lifecycle management.
- Excellent written and verbal language skills in English.
