Cloud Architect - Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

The company is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to design and lead enterprise cloud solutions across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for cloud strategy, architecture governance, solution design, and supporting large-scale cloud transformation initiatives.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design secure, scalable, resilient, and highly available cloud architectures.
• Define cloud adoption strategies and architecture roadmaps.
• Lead solution design for AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Design hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud architectures.
• Establish cloud architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
• Support migration of applications and infrastructure to cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud technologies, or solution architecture.
• Mandatory experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong expertise in cloud architecture, networking, security, and disaster recovery.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software architecture patterns.
• Experience with distributed, microservices, and multi-tier application architectures.

Preferred Certifications:

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Google Professional Cloud Architect
• TOGAF certification is a plus
