What You Will Do:
- Gain customer trust through effective delivery of discovery, analysis, and design workshops, influencing architecture design decisions aligned with the company solutions.
- Lead consulting teams in executing customer pilot and production deployments, workload onboarding, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate closely with product business units, engineering, consulting, support, and sales to ensure a superior customer experience with the company offerings.
- Contribute to developing repeatable methodologies and tools to scale the company's service capabilities, promote consistent customer engagements, and reduce delivery risks.
What You Will Bring:
- Previous experience in consulting and architecture roles.
- Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to present to customers and lead interactions.
- Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies at hands-on delivery and architecture levels.
- Experience implementing virtualization and container technologies in enterprise settings with large-scale deployments.
- Familiarity with the company’s infrastructure solutions such as the company OpenShift, the company Ansible Automation Platform, and the company Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Experience onboarding applications and teams onto cloud or container platforms, introducing DevOps practices, continuous delivery (CD), and application lifecycle management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel across the region, with potential travel requirements up to 100%.
