In this role, you will act as a subject-matter expert in the company’s infrastructure and cloud technologies, providing guidance on automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover setups. You'll be responsible for leading the on-site delivery and implementation of the company’s technology, which empowers freedom, flexibility, and exceptional performance. Additionally, you will assess our customers' infrastructures and business challenges, offering tailored recommendations. What you will do
- Win the confidence of our customers through the successful delivery of discovery, analysis, and design workshops that shape and influence the customer’s architecture design decisions to align with the company solution.
- Lead consulting teams through successful customer pilot and production deployments, workload onboarding, and ongoing lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with product business units, product engineering, consulting, support, and sales to ensure a world-class customer experience with the company’s products.
- Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale the company’s services capabilities, promote repeatable customer engagements, and mitigate delivery risk.
What you will bring
- Prior experience in consulting and architecture roles.
- Strong customer-facing abilities, with the capacity to present to clients and lead interactions.
- Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies at both delivery and architecture levels.
- Experience with virtualization and container technologies in an enterprise context, including enterprise-wide deployments.
- Familiarity with the company’s infrastructure solutions, such as company OpenShift, company Ansible Automation Platform, and company Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Experience with company OpenShift Virtualization is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel across the region, up to 100%.
- Experience onboarding applications and application teams onto cloud or container platforms, with a focus on DevOps, continuous delivery (CD), and application lifecycle management.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Company Certifications are a plus.
