About the Role
The Cloud Computing Center of Excellence (CCoE) is responsible for driving the strategic direction and implementation of cloud initiatives across the organization. This role involves establishing best practices, governance, and frameworks to maximize the benefits of cloud technologies while ensuring compliance and security standards are met. The CCoE Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the adoption and integration of cloud solutions that align with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of IT Planning and Management business plan ensuring alignment with the company's strategy
  • Investigate and propose implementing initiatives that result in positive financial impact for Cloud Computing and mitigates financial and operational risks
  • Define the company's IT & Digitization services offerings to enable business users' operational needs ensuring continuous maintenance and updates
  • Develop the company's IT & Digitization service catalog in cooperation with business users and relevant IT functions and stakeholders
  • Oversee the development of Cloud Computing CoE portfolio assuring the fulfillment of business requirements and customer needs
  • Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent
  • Guide, mentor and support direct reports in order to execute duties according to set policies and processes

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required
  • Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred

Experience

  • An optimal of 8 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 3 years of experience at a managerial level
