You will understand our customers' infrastructure and their specific business needs, making appropriate recommendations tailored to their environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on-site, addressing technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs.
- Constantly learn about new technologies and apply those concepts to customer needs.
- Produce quality results and provide support to multiple projects across various industries.
- Keep stakeholders updated on potential issues affecting project or company performance.
- Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, and software specification, including design, testing, and deployment of open source solutions.
- Provide written project documentation for distribution within company and the customer’s management team.
- Adapt to changing customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a consulting or related role.
- Experience with enterprise-wide deployments.
- Advanced knowledge of company Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and company cloud solutions such as company OpenShift and company OpenStack Platform.
- Demonstrated experience in communicating progress, value, and metrics of key projects to required stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, and planning skills.
- company Certified Engineer (RHCE) or willingness to pursue certification within 90 days.
- Willingness to travel up to 100%.
- Experience with company OpenShift AI is considered a plus.
