As an Account Cloud Engineer at Oracle, you will partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that effectively address customer business problems. You will drive Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services, including discovery, design, and deployment.

Responsibilities
- Engage with strategic customers to build leadership relationships at multiple organizational levels and design and implement solutions.
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
- Deliver highly customized presentations and demonstrations to customers, as well as at conferences and events, showcasing product and application understanding.
- Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services by configuring resources, planning, and providing education/training.
- Create and distribute technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a leading contributor to customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.
- Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
- Provide direction and mentoring to others as a leading contributor.
- Engage in non-routine and complex work, applying advanced technical and business skills in your area of specialization.
- Maintain expertise by staying current on emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in a relevant technical field.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and influence decisions at all organizational levels.
