Responsibilities
- Engage with strategic customers and build leadership relationships at multiple organizational levels to design and implement tailored solutions.
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
- Provide customized presentations and demonstrations to customers, at conferences, and during events.
- Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through to production deployment via resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
- Create and distribute technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a leading contributor for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and their success.
- Identify gaps and enhancements that can influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
- Mentor and provide direction to others, as work may be non-routine and complex, requiring advanced technical and business skills.
- Stay current on emerging technologies to maintain your expertise.
Requirements
- 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience in cloud engineering.
- Fluency in English—ability to read, write, and converse effectively.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud services and solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
